All online services related to the ICSE 7 conference conform to the strict German Federal Data Protection Act.

 

This website icse-7.de is hosted by the CMS provider jimdo.com, Hamburg, Germany. It does not handle any personal data. The Jimdo servers automatically saves the information that your browser sends whenever you visit the website. The information includes your request, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request. The information is used solely for analyzing and maintaining the technical operation of the servers and network as a whole. It is automatically deleted after three months. In addition Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”), is used for statistical analysis of website visits. This service is used with the Anonymize IP option to ensure the IP address is processed in an anonymized form only.

 

The contribution and participant management is hosted by the freelancer André Wobst, Unterschleißheim, Germany on the sciconf.org software stack. As for the website the sciconf.org visits data is stored to monitor the reliability of operation. It is not analyzed in any other way. The personal data collected is shared with the conference organizers to enable a proper conference management. The traffic is transmitted by HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (https). All data will be removed after the conference with the exception by the organizers to keep the data needed to fulfill legal regulations.
